Please do not just show up with new items without contacting us first. Consignment deadline for online bidding and marketing is Wednesday May 20 @ 5 PM. Consign early for maximum marketing exposure. Send us pictures and item details and we can get your items listed immediately. This is an online only auction. Bidding begins whenever items are listed. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled vehicles and trailers) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. If paying for a titled vehicle by check, the title will be held until the check clears. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made when picking up your items. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
