Shipping is available at the buyers expense for items in this auction. Shipping will be handled through the UPS Store in Springfield VA. Terms of the Sale: Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Credit Card is the only approved method of payment for this auction. All cards will be charged immediately following the conclusion of the auction. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged until the end of the auction. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email. All payments must be completed before any items are removed from the property.
