#70 • LHF5 COMMANDER IN CHIEF

Part of VA Is For Boer Goat Lovers Sale (live auction by Mountain Valley Auctions)

High bid $2,050.00

Status: Sold

DOB: 1/30/20   Class: Fullblood   Sex: Buck   Consignor: Locust Haven Farm Sire: LHF5 Haven's Cheif chef(175 ABGA progeny points and climbing, close to ennoblement) Dam: LHF5 Locust Haven True Destiny(41 progeny points) (AABG 2DOX True Measure daughter) Commander is the full brother to a buck that we showed last year and earned 42 ABGA points. Commander's sire, Haven's Chief Chef, has accumulated 175+ progeny points and climbing from 2 offpspring, including LHF5 Pretty in Pink. We did not get Commander in the show ring this year but we are just as happy with him as last years brother. He is show correct. Check out the length of stitch and leg muscling in this guy, He isn't on any special feed, top dress or exercise program. He stands wide from front to back with a smooth connection and really nice neck extension leading to a masculine head and roman nose. He stands on good substance of bone to support that muscling. There are additional photos on our Locust Haven Facebook page of Commander and his sire and dam. While he is more ABGA than wether genetics we feel he could add that rear muscle you need to play in the wether industry when you get those extra buck kids.
