1981 Clark San Juan Fixed Keel Sailboat. - Located Off Site At Cobb Island MD. A sloop-rigged monohull racing sailboat, "NEW DAY" of Dahlgren, VA. Equipped with a Universal Atomic Diesel Engine. Comes with a number of sails, cushions, documentation, Including Coast Guard registration. Sales, jib mast, cushions and other items have been stored inside at the Dahlgren VA property and can be previewed and picked up there. This boat was raced for a number of years near Solomons MD in the 1980's and 1990's. It is has been dry docked at Pirates Den Marina in Cobb Island MD since 2002. It is currently located at Pirates Den Marina and can be previewed at 12364 Neale Sound Dr, Cobb Island, MD 20625. It was in good condition when taken out of the water but is in now in poor condition and in need of total restoration due to exposure to the elements for these 24 years. The diesel engine is seized up, there is water in the cabin and moisture has damaged the finishes. Rent for boat storage at the marina will be paid through the end of February. After that, storage will be $150 per month for the new owner.
