Staunton Estate Auction Auction Location: 310 Valley View Dr, Staunton VA 24401 Auction Type: Online Bidding Only Preview Times: November 14 from 3-5 PM Auction Closes: November 14 Beginning at 7 PM Pickup: November 15 from 9 AM to 6 PM This Staunton VA estate auction features antiques, furniture, pottery, collectibles, estate jewelry, framed art from local artists, old books and local historical items, and other household items. These items are from the Jim Borden estate and others.  We have a Watt Pottery collection along with other brands of pottery and china. There is a significant number of framed art and prints by P. Buckley Moss, Lisa Geiman, Linda Patrick, Mary Vessey, and other local artists. You will also find lots of old books and historic items of local interest from all over the Shenandoah Valley. In addition there are many pieces of antique furniture and estate jewelry including gold, silver, and diamonds.  There is something here for everyone. Preview and Pickup Information: This is an online only auction which will begin to close on November 14 at 7:00 PM at the rate of 3 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute. Preview for this auction will be Thursday November 14 from 3-5 PM at 310 Valley View Dr, Staunton VA 24401  Pickup is at the same location on Friday November 15 from 9 AM to 6 PM. Shipping is available at the buyers expense for smaller items in this auction. Please bring boxes and packing material for small items and help to assist in loading your large item purchases. Terms of the Sale: Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
