The Revercomb's have decided to downsize their extensive farming operation and have surplus machinery to sell. We will be selling a New Holland T5.110 tractor with loader, trucks, tillage equipment, forage harvesting equipment, cattle feeding and working equipment, hay equipment and more. We will be adding items to the catalog right up until sale day as some of these pieces are being used for fall harvest. Preview and Pickup Information: Preview for this auction will be Friday October 11 from 2-6 PM and Saturday October 12 prior to the auction @ 3157 Deerfield Valley Rd, Deerfield VA 24432. Pickup is after the auction on October 12 or the week following by appointment. Equipment will be onsite to load your items.  All items must be paid for before removing from the premises. Terms of the Sale: Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Cash, Credit and Debit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This auction will require online bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged.
