This will be a live onsite auction with live/online simulcast bidding available for the real estate, vehicles, and select personal property items.
Please Note: Most of the personal property items will not have online bidding available and you must be present in person to bid and buy the hundreds of items not listed online.
The personal property and vehicles are being sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. Auction starts at 9:00 AM with personal property and switches to live and online simulcast with vehicles and select items at 11:00 AM.

Bidders are encouraged to enlist the assistance of professional inspectors or contractors in evaluating the condition and value of the property. Payment will be in the form of Cash or Cash Equivalent with a $20,000 non-refundable deposit due the day of the auction (within 24 hours for online bidders) and the balance due at closing within 45 days. Deposit will be applied to the purchase price at closing. Please do not bid if you are not able to close within 45 days.
Buyers Premium: There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to the high bid to determine total contract purchase price. (For example a 100,000 bid would have a buyers premium of $10,000 added for a total purchase price of $110,000).
Realtor Representation: Preapproved (No later than 5:00 PM on Friday March 8) brokers participation will be compensated. Ten percent (10%) of the buyers premium will be paid to a qualified licensed real estate agent whose registered buyer's offer is accepted by the seller and closes on the property.
