We are not making any condition certification or guarantees. However we are guaranteeing authenticity. If you purchase a coin or bullion and it is determined by a third party grading service to not be authentic we will refund your purchase price provided that you ship the item back to us within 60 days of the end of the auction.

Shipping will be available at the buyers expense. You will be responsible for a packaging and handling fee of $8 per order plus actual shipping charges. We will pack the coins securely, measure and weigh the package, and get you a shipping quote. We recommend USPS Priority Mail with insurance and Registered Mail for higher dollar value orders. USPS charges $7.90 for a Small Flat Rate Box and $14.35 For Medium Flat Rate box.

This property consists of three individual parcels and is being sold in two tracts. Tract One is Parcel # 122A2-(A)- L69. Tract Two includes two adjacent parcels # 122A2-(A)- L70 and 122A2-(A)- L71
The bidding for both of these tracts will close at 1:00 PM December 15 with a two minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed on either tract within the last two minutes the bidding will be extended on both tracts for an additional two minutes.
